Return Policy

At Linen Lounge, we want you to really love your bedding purchase! Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us. 

We offer a simple return policy for all products purchased online and in-store, subject to the rules detailed below.

Returned items must be undamaged, unused, in their original condition, and packaging with all labels, tags, and barcodes still attached. Due to the sensitive nature of bedding, linen sets must be unopened for a full refund.

While our linens are known for their durability, we kindly remind you that we are not responsible for stains, marks, or discoloration that occur after purchase. This includes but is not limited to discoloration or damage caused by certain laundry detergents or stain removers, particularly Tide detergent and OxiClean.

Damage caused by improper washing machines, irons, steamers, or dry cleaners will also not be covered under our return policy.

IN-STORE

  • If purchased in our retail location, you have 1 day for a refund and 7 days for a store credit.

ONLINE ORDERS

  • You have 7 days from the date your item is delivered to return it for a full refund. 
  • If you're past the 7-day window for a full refund, but still within 14 days of delivery, you can return your item and receive store credit via email instead.
  • No returns are accepted beyond 14 days of delivery.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Please contact us for a return authorization, so we can provide a shipping label. A $20 shipping charge for all returns will be automatically deducted from your refund if you wish to use the label.
  • Please double-check that you're returning refundable items only. Non-refundable items returned will incur the $20 deduction and you will have to shoulder any additional shipping costs.
  • You are welcome to use your preferred shipping method. In this case, no shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please allow 5-7 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund or exchange (if applicable). You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

While we do our best to accommodate returns requests whenever possible, the final decision is in our absolute and sole discretion. We also cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages.
